JUDAS PRIEST RETURNING TO NORTH AMERICA FOR SUMMER TOUR;
CONCERT DVD 'LIVE IN LONDON' SET FOR RELEASE JULY 23, 2002
Marauding metal legends Judas Priest are returning to North America for a Summer 2002 tour starting in July. The band is hitting many cities that weren't able to be included on last year's tour.
Vocalist Ripper Owens, guitarists Glenn Tipton and K.K. Downing, bass guitarist Ian Hill and drummer Scott Travis are looking forward to going out on the road again, and they are also energized by the July 23, 2002, release of the DVD home video Live in London on SPV USA. 'Live in London' was filmed in December 2001 at a special concert at the Brixton Academy in London when the quintet was promoting the skull-splitting Demolition, their first album for Atlantic Records.
Fans can look forward to hearing prime Demolition songs like "One on One" and "Feed on Me" in addition to all-time Priest classics, including some such as "Desert Plains" and "Turbo Lover" that hadn't been performed live in a long time. All in all, it will be a headbanger's dream!
