For Immediate Release:

The Lambs Cannot Be Silenced!

The Lambs Prevail, Plus Burn the Preist Reissue!

Laughing in the face of adversity, Lamb of God will not be told that they can not play to their Los Angeles fans! A recently-banned Lamb of God performance at the Forum in Los Angeles, as part of the ‘Subliminal Verses’ tour with famed headliners Slipknot, has left the group no choice but to take L.A. on their own! Their performance was banned due to their former moniker, “Burn the Priest,” not sitting well with the religious group who owns the venue. Now, Lamb of God have set up a headline date for Los Angeles fans at the notorious Glasshouse Pavilion in Pomona; thus giving Lamb of God the opportunity to perform to a more intimate crowd.

Don’t miss this “controversial” act lay it down with Fireball Ministry on April ninth at the Glasshouse in Pomona!

Burn the Priest Re-Mixed, Re-Mastered and Re-Issued in stores March 22. For exclusive merchandise go to burn-the-priest.com or realdealmerch.com.

PLUS! Lamb Of God special Concert engagements on off dates from their upcoming arena “Subliminal Verses” tour with Slipknot.

Burn The Priest! This is Lamb of God before there was Lamb of God. This is the spark that lit the fire. Re-mixed and re-mastered by metal guru Colin Richardson, and featuring new liner notes by original producer Steve Austin, Burn the Priest is resurrected. Long before the "New Wave of American Heavy Metal" had been christened, Burn the Priest laid the foundation for what would prove to be the rebirth of metal. With their pummeling combination of grind, death and thrash, Burn the Priest devastated the uninitiated in warehouses and basements across America. Slowly and methodically pushing the threshold of sonic extremes, while building a dedicated following that would ultimately grow to change the face of the music industry.

Burn the Priest paved the way for a new generation of metal.

How appropriate as the owners of The Forum in Los Angeles recently banned Lamb of God from performing on the upcoming ‘Subliminal Verses’ tour because of this, their former moniker!

In stores March 22, 2005.

Lamb of God is the latest act to have recordings updated utilizing Dual Disc technology. LOG will offer a Dual Disc version featuring a newly mixed 5.1 surround sound version of the entire Ashes of the Wake album and will utilize the extra side to show off featurettes titled “Meet The Band,” “The Blair S*** Project,” “New England Metalfest,” and the music videos for “Laid to Rest,” and the controversial and yet to be aired, “Now You’ve Got Something to Die For.”

In stores March 29, 2005.

On April 19th, Lamb of God release the DVD Killadelphia on Epic Records. The 75+ minute live concert was recorded at Philly's legendary Trocadero. Hours of uncensored backstage, personnel, and outtake extras are also slated to be included.

they both kick some serious ass rock on guys

TheDarkJester - 4/7/2005 8:12:56 AM
Joey Jordison is a kick ass drummer, and what makes Slipknot so heavy. Not the 9 members, obviously off of their 3rd CD we know that. Joey's a beast, playing for Otep and Satyricon as well... he's fantastic. Without him Slipknot would've been suckin'.

hand_of_doom - 4/5/2005 11:26:09 AM
put a noose around his neck and hang him till he's fucking dead!

ro - 4/3/2005 2:45:23 PM

vpags - 4/3/2005 5:37:08 AM
Slipknot would be just another band if it weren't for their drummer, the guy is amazing. I saw their concert with LOG and SF and he had the Tommy Lee thing going with the drums spinning around and all too.

SaintBastard10 - 4/2/2005 5:49:32 PM
they would to a queer like you.

ThunderGod13 - 4/2/2005 4:06:36 PM
