Great White Loses $10 Million Lawsuit

Judge Cites 1st Amendment Righ

Former Great White manager, Charrie Foglio, was cleared of defamation charges brought by Great White founder and vocalist Jack Russell. Russell, who sued for $10 million plus punitive damages, claimed that Foglio, a co-manager of the band from April to September of 2003 with Obi Steinman of STC Entertainment, falsely told the press and others that Russell and Steinman "stole money" from the Station Family Fund charity, established to assist the victims and families of the Station Nightclub fire that killed 100 people February 20, 2003.
The Honorable Judge Robert L. Hess of the Los Angeles Superior court ruled that any comment made by Foglio regarding the charity and/or missing money was one of public concern and that she was thus protected by the First Amendment.

He is wanting to throw our lawsuit out that we have been fighting over 2 years...against the LAPD and their constant taking of our medical marijuana plants...u guuys remember me? WE are suing for compensation and to punish the cops and the city officials for refusing to apply our state's COMPASSIONATE USE ACT 1996, find out what caused the cops to repeatedly raid us...7 times and in the end of a trial...ACQUITTAL...the same cops come back to hater-raid us again without a warrant...bammmm! we got em...without warrant without probable cause...can anyone help us? The city attorney is a dunce ...instead of applying the state law to our case they wanna play with innuendoes and misnomers such as "contraband" when dealing with my medical marijuana...i have sickle cell disease and anyone who knows anyone with sickle cell disease knows that the violent episodes of pain ain't nothing to play with..we are winning...we have won, and they still want to avoid trial and avoid paying us...help!

I can understand if he's paying for personal expenses and money to put food on the table but the rest should ALL go to charity. On the flip side, even if he steals a little here and there it's still better than not putting on any charity shows and not raising any money at all. He's a pathetic rotting corpse from a one hit wonder 80's band. Let him live a little while helping out families of people he heartlessly murdered and will forever be in debt to.
