It's a fluke. A one-time only deal.
The Scorpions needed an opening band for their show at the Dodge Theater in Phoenix, July 30th, and a promoter/manager type who happened to be an old friend, gave John Bush a call and asked if Armored Saint would do it.
After thinking it over, the band said "why not?" They're gonna do a couple of rehearsals and then do the show.
Bush says Saint have been offered to reunite time and time again but it's just not in the works right now. Everyone has their own thing going and John is enjoying his time with his family and daughter.
Bush stressed, the is a ONE TIME ONLY deal.
Make your plans to be in Phoenix at the end of July. Buy your tickets here.

Idunderhead - 7/8/2005 2:58:25 PM Damnit, I want my money's worth! If I pay for a concert, I want more songs and I'm going to calculate exactly how much song vs. money I've spent at each show! Then the band that plays the most music vs. the cost of the ticket will win the title of IDUNDERHEAD'S GREATEST VALUE OF MUSIC FOR THE MONEY. Everyone will praise me for standing up to these musicians who dare play 13 to 15 songs at a concert. I'm fighting for the rights of all your rockers by bitching and moaning over and over again on a website and recounting exactly how many songs are played at each concert. Everyone should thank me for this, I'm teaching Iron Maiden a lesson.
cucaracha - 7/8/2005 8:50:55 AM they should film it for a dvd.
