Iron Maiden will be inducted into Guitar Center's Hollywood Rockwalk on Sunset Boulevard August 19th at 7:30 PM.
Hollywood's RockWalk is the only sidewalk gallery dedicated to honoring those artists who have made a significant impact and lasting contribution to the growth and evolution Rock 'n' Roll, Blues and R&B. Their hand prints and signatures will reside alongside other equally accomplished musicians and innovators such as Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Lou Reed, Johnny Cash, Aerosmith, B.B. King, Van Halen, James Brown, George Martin, Steve Miller, Sonic Youth, Brian Wilson, Carlos Santana, Carl Perkins, John Lee Hooker, The Ramones, Bonnie Raitt among others.
The ceremony will take place at Hollywood's RockWalk, located at 7425 Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood, CA on Friday, August 19th at 7:30 PM. This event is FREE and open to the public.
Other hard rock and metal notables on the Rockwalk include: AC/DC, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, Def Leppard, Kiss, Motley Crue, Motorhead, Ted Nugent and Randy Rhodes.

Imotorhead - 8/19/2005 4:17:25 PM knaclistener, I totally agree both Sabbath and Maiden sounded great last night in Phoenix, AZ. I just wish Maiden could have played at least a half hour more and well as Rob Zombie. Both Maiden and Rob Zombie ended there sets 10 to 15 mins early. Ozzfest needs to give the bands more time to perform. Still it was a night of rock n roll for free!

(i wonder if they mean Di`Anno era or everything up untill adrian left?)---- So yes, certain songs will still be left out, but they do say the next tour will consist of then next albums. (hope they squeeze at least 4 tours out of it) So lets cut them some slack. Everyone moaned but i think they're hearing you.
