headbangersue probably saw GNR every chance she had and that's why she thinks their songs are "boring" from her note dated 10/25/05. On second thought she contradicts herself when she says "Slash shined every second no matter ..." So much for the opinions of bimbos...

scrapmetal - 11/1/2005 1:52:11 PM

Rob Halford would have made a great replacement for Freddie on voice alone, but maybe Queen didn't want too many jokes made about Metal Queen and the like.

rblars78 - 10/27/2005 8:56:53 AM
How would Rob Halford sound if he were to sing for Queen...just for a tour before returning to Priest. It might be a match made in heaven. And after all Halford and Freddy is/was a butt pirate. And they both pretty much have the same tone of voice. And what is up with Queen playing only in LA and NY? Other than that I wish I would have seen Queen back in 1982 when they played at Oakland Coliseum arena. But it was during the school week and it was either going to see that show which was on a tuesday night or seeing the Scorpions, Iron Maiden, and Girlschool which I think was during the same week on a saturday. It was one or the other in terms of what I wanted to spend my money on. RIP freddy. Rock on forever Priest.

Leather_Lung - 10/27/2005 6:46:50 AM
Fat bottom girls, you make the rockin' world go 'round! By the way, I heard that Rod Stewart's going to do "The Madonna Collection" He'll be singing all of Madonna's greatest hits and doing all her best dance moves.

Bman1234 - 10/26/2005 7:27:42 AM
It would not be the same, but I'd probably go check it out just to see what it was like. I never had the opportunity to see the actual QUEEN on stage. Wish I could have.

budwhysr - 10/26/2005 5:33:48 AM
anyone hear Paul Rogers do the Queen stuff? I think it would not be a good fit as he has that rock/rasp thing going on and the Queen stuff really doesn't call for that.
