Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has posted this latest entry in the Graveyard Of My Mind diary section of his website, www.nikkisixx.net:

"Tonight was the last show with the Stones. I think we were better tonight here in Portland than Seattle. It just felt like all the cylinders were firing.

Backstage we were all hanging out and (Stones frontman Mick) Jagger told me that he and (drummer) Charlie (Watts) watched the whole show. He told me no support band has ever gotten their crowd up on their feet the way we did.

Looks like we will be supporting them for some more shows in Europe next year.

To me, being with legends who are the salt of the earth shows me the path to humility.

Good night, Nikki."
