Corrosion of Conformity Cancel Last Week Of Disturbed Tour, and Two Headline Dates

The following gig update has been posted at the Corrosion of Conformity website www.coc.com:
“Corrosion Of Conformity regrets to announce that they will leave the DISTURBED tour a week earlier than planned. The band will play all scheduled shows through December 14th. However, it has canceled support appearances with Disturbed in Philadelphia on December 16th and 17th, Washington on December 19th and 20th, and Baltimore on December 22nd.
COC also has canceled headline dates in Reading, PA on December 15th and Charlotte, NC on December 21st.
Singer/guitarist Pepper Keenan lives in New Orleans, where his family continues to suffer from the impact of Hurricane Katrina. COC sincerely apologizes to everyone affected by the cancellations.

I also used to live there for several years and I can tell you this, the smell alone is something I will never forget. If your house was even TOUCHED by the water, let alone flooded, it is a total loss. The things I saw down there are too bad to mention here and they will be with me for the REST of my life. My heart is with you, Pepper. (And I just saw the band play 2 nights ago! Awesome!)
