December 8th, 2004 at the Alrosa Nightclub in Ohio, Dimebag Darrell and four other innocent rockers were gunned down in a senseless act that may eventually be forgotten by the public-at-large, but not here at KNAC.COM.
Maybe you don't check out the KNAC.COM Boards often, but you should now. Click on this link: A Place to Remember Dimebag.
There you will find a chronology of KNAC.COM news items just before Dimebag's murder and all of the events that followed. It is also a page where you can leave your Dimebag Darrell memories along with the rest of the KNAC.COM audience.
KingCriss - 12/15/2005 5:19:47 PM I still can't get over the massive loss of dimes passing.I recently saw an interview with the sister of one of the crew members who died that night and they showed a side stage camera shot of the guy running on stage with gun in hand.It disturbed the frikin hell out of me.Why do bad things happen to beautifull people. You reap what you sow...bullshit!

hueseph - 12/13/2005 2:18:55 PM Was listening to a rebroadcast of an interview with Dime. The man had a heart of gold. He said something to the effect of "We don't discriminate against anyone. It doesn't matter what their hair looks like or what music they listen to. It doesn't matter what race, colour or religion. With us, it's all about hangin' and partyin'" Not his exact words but something to that extent. A very cool dude.
