Band Prepares New Album Rad Wings of Destiny; First New Music In 7 years |
Today, the notorious UGLY KID JOE release the single and video for "That Ain't Livin'", the band's first new music in seven years, with an album to follow. See & hear the video for UGLY KID JOE's "That Ain't Livin'" on KNAC.COM HERE.
"That Ain't Livin'" is the first single to be taken from UGLY KID JOE's forthcoming album Rad Wings of Destiny, which is due for release on October 21st via Metalville Records. The album will see the band teaming up with producer Mark Dodson – who was behind the desk for the band's debut album release, America's Least Wanted, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.
""'That Ain't Livin'" is a tip of the hat to old-school AC/DC Powerage rock 'n' roll," comments Rad Wings of Destiny frontman Whitfield Crane.
The track features Shannon Larkin, Dave Fortman, Klaus Eichstadt, Cordell Crockett, and Whitfield Crane with a guest appearance from YELLOWCAKE guitarist JJ Curran.
UGLY KID JOE return to Europe this summer for a slew of Festival appearances throughout June and July including Hellfest, Copenhell, and Graspop; dates follow below.
The track is released on June 10th on all streaming services.
