Venom Has U.S. and Japan Tours in the Works

Black metal mainstays Venom have posted the following up dateon their official website, www.venomslegions.com:
"Venom have started negotiations for some shows in both America and Japan later this year, around August and September.
The dates are currently being sorted out and will be confirmed soon."
Venom were previously confirmed to perform at the 2006 edition of Germany's Earthshaker Festival scheduled for July 20th - 22nd. Acts on the bill include: Satyricon, Caliban, Hammerfall, Opeth, Annihilator, Communic, Edguy, Arch Enemy, Saxon, Rage, Ektomorf, Testament, Ensiferum, Nevermore, Wintersun, Deathstars, Kataklysm, Brainstorm, Threat Signal, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, Knorkator, Evergrey and Equlibrium.
Venom are also confirmed for the 2006 edition of Japan's Thrash Domination festival, scheduled for September 16th and 17th at Club Citta in Kawasaki, Japan. Sodom, Death Angel and Onslaught are among the bands scheduled to play.
