Italy's Gods of Metal Festival 2007, to which was scheduled to include Manowar, may not happen, according to an official statement issued by Magic Circle Management. The promoters of The Gods of Metal have reported that, due to financial constraints placed upon their company, the festival may not take place in 2007.
Hit List, which features 17 of Unwritten Law’s greatest hits (re-recorded), plus 2 brand new studio tracks, will hit stores on September 26th. The process of selecting Hit List’s hit list was simple: whatever fans requested the most vociferously at shows made the cut.
Dry Kill Logic’s Of Vengeance and Violence CD is due out in stores on September 19th. They’ll hit a few gigs in Australia with Fear Factory and Devildriver, and then head to Europe for a string of tour dates.
Papa Roach will be hitting the road this October with goth rockers H.I.M. on the upcoming “No Sleep Till Halloween” Tour in support of their upcoming September release of The Paramour Sessions. The 11-date coast-to-cost tour kicks off October 18th in Lowell, MA and finishes with a Halloween performance in Universal City, CA. Also rocking out on the “No Sleep Till Halloween” tour will be Lostprophets and Kill Hanah.
Rob Zombie has returned from his successful summer trek “The American Witch Tour” in time to rock Los Angeles two nights on two shows.
CD USA has invited Zombie to rock the house live to a sold out audience Thursday, August 10th in their Hollywood studios. The show will then air Saturday, August 12th on Direct TV, 3pm EST and 6pm PST and then again for the next 48 hours after. For those without Direct TV, Zombie will impact the TV airwaves in a major way with a powerful performance on CBS-TV’s The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson Friday, August 11th. He will take center stage to perform the smash hit single “American Witch” off the Educated Horses CD [Geffen Records].
Unearth’s III: In The Eyes of Fire hit the shelves this week.
Always challenging the current stream of extreme music, Unearth thrives off their musical heaviness.
