Trivium have issued the following update: "Trivium have booked a headlining off date on the Lamb of God tour for the fans in Minnesota that missed out last time around because of the bus problems: Monday, March 12th in Minneapolis, MN at Station 4.
King's X has begun work on a new album and Producer Michael Wagener has issued the following announcement: "We're doing it again. The next KING'S X album project starts on January 27th, 2007 at WireWorld Studio, and the first four days are a 'Watch-And-Learn' workshop. You will be learning how to set up drums, bass and guitars, choosing microphones and mic pres and you'll hang with the band while they are tracking. The rate for this workshop is $2,000 per person. We start setting up on Saturday, January 27th and the last day of the workshop is Tuesday January 30th. According to the official Machine Head website, frontman Robert Flynn and wife Genevra are celebrating the birth of their second son, Wyatt Lee Flynn. He was born on Sunday, January 14th at 4:10 a.m. and weighed in at 8 lbs. 12 oz., measuring 20 3/4" tall. Machine Head's new album, The Blackening is due in stores March 27th.
Former Iron Maiden singer Blaze Bayley's official website offers this post: "Blaze Bayley would like to announce his wedding on February 14th, 2007, when he will marry his long term girlfriend Debbie on the island of Gran Canaria. Blaze first met Debbie in the Wolfsbane days in 1989 at a Rhythm Damage gig at the Arts Center in Tamworth (England) and they remained friends whilst following their separate careers, and now they have finally decided to tie the knot."
