KNAC.COM has received the following statement from MSO Public Relations on behalf of Black Sabbath:
Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iommi of the legendary heavy metal band Black Sabbath have amicably resolved their problems over the ownership of the Black Sabbath name and court proceedings in New York have been discontinued. Both parties are glad to put this behind them and to cooperate together for the future and would like it to be known that the issue was never personal, it was always business.

Like I've said before, I went to youtube with an open mind to check the NucklearNumbskulls out. I think the "song" was about car crashes or something. The shit was virtually unlistenable. One minute of that cacophony was enough for me. And then they have the balls to compare themselves to established bands - WITH RECORD CONTRACTS. Like I've also said: The. Worst. Band. Ever.
