Jello Biafra and his label Alternative Tentacles have dropped their lawsuit again his former Dead Kennedys bandmates, citing frustration with the US legal system. "[We] have thrown up our hands at getting any justice from the three ex-Dead Kennedys' greed-motivated lawsuits, and the shocking denial of our appeal. The court refused to hear any evidence of the many shady things they have done since the trial." For the full story check out Billboard.com.

Slayer and Killswitch Engage will team up on this winter’s Jagermeister Tour, which kicks off October 27th.
Crowbar recently performed a gig in their hometown of New Orleans. Surprisingly, neither Rex Brown (Down) nor Craig Nunenmacher (Black Label Society) were part of the lineup, although they both appear on Crowbar’s forthcoming album, Life’s Blood For the Downtrodden. Instead, bassist Patrick Bruders (Goatwhore) and drummer Tommy Buckley (Soilent Green) performed, along with guitarist Steve Gibb (ex-BLS) and vocalist/guitarist Kirk Windstein (Down).
Alright, instead of rehashing the event, just go over to Metal Sludge for the story on the brawl between Glenn Danzig and North Side Kings vocalist Danny Marianinho.

My heart is broken."
