You would probably agree that the term "supergroup" gets thrown around way too much lately. Maybe we need a new term to describe bands that are composed of highly renowned, legacy musicians. JUDAS PRIEST guitarist Richie Faulkner has put together some of the best musicians in the world for his latest project ELEGANT WEAPONS.

On their debut album Horns For A Halo, due Out May 26, 2023, ELEGANT WEAPONS is comprised of Faulker on guitar, Rex Brown (PANTERA) on bass, Scott Travis (JUDAS PRIEST) on drums, and Ronnie Romero (MSG, RAINBOW) on vocals.

For their upcoming live performances, Dave Rimmer (URIAH HEEP) will be taking over on bass, and Christopher Williams (ACCEPT) on drums. I had the chance to speak with ELEGANT WEAPONS mastermind Richie Faulker ahead of the album's release.
