With two records remaining on his contract with Epic Records, Ozzy Osbourne is slowly working on a new studio album. Ozzy hopes to finish after this year's Ozzfest tour ends in August.
Hatebreed will headline a full North American tour set to commence in September and run through October. The bill will feature support from The Black Dahlia Murder throughout, plus Napalm Death, Exodus, First Blood and Despised Icon.
Krokus have officially signed with AFM Records. The release date for the as-yet-untitled album has been set for September 15th. two tracks have already been completed; 'Midnight Fantasy' and 'Angel Of My Dreams' and a European tour is in planning for the fall.

Flames scorched Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's country mansion on Thursday morning, the result of a faulty lamp, the fire service said. Neither the couple nor their children Amy, Jack and Kelly were at the house in Jordans, 26 miles west of London, when the blaze occurred, a family spokesman said. Paramedics treated a member of the household staff for smoke inhalation.
Metallica will appear in a television episode of The Simpsons in September. 'Tallica will be special guests in the first episode of the cartoon's 18th season, and recorded their voiceovers last autumn. Live Nation, the concert promotion spinoff of Clear Channel, has announced it will acquire House Of Blues Entertainment for $350 million in cash. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2006. HOB Entertainment operates 10 venues around the country under the House Of Blues name, as well as eight ampitheatres.
