KILLER BEE bassist Anders "LA" Ronnblom originally began writing music for a solo album in 2018, but with a little help from his musician friends, that solo venture turned into a supergroup project.

SOCIAL DISORDER released their debut album Love 2 Be Hated in 2021, a collection of songs chronicling the hardships and triumphs of its creator Ronnblom. The songs were relatable and not overly complicated, much like the very best of the Neoclassical Rock it was inspired by.

On February 23, 2024, SOCIAL DISORDER will release their follow-up album Time To Rise, through Pride & Joy Music. Whereas their first album featured about a dozen guest musicians, this one maintains a core of 6 from the previous effort. Returning are guitarist Tracii Guns (LA GUNS), bassist Rudy Sarzo (QUIET RIOT), drummer Shawn Duncan (ODIN, DC4, L.A. GUNS), keyboardist Lief Ehlin (PERFECT PLAN), and up-and-coming vocalist Thomas Nordin.

I had the chance to speak with Anders "LA" Ronnblom ahead of the albumís release. Ronnblom discusses Time To Rise and how his journey to sobriety relates to the themes of both SOCIAL DISORDER efforts. Anders also discusses the stories behind the singles, making the move from AFM Records to Pride & Joy Music, the album's eye-catching artwork, the pitfalls of music streaming, his other project X-ROMANCE, whether we can expect new KILLER BEE material, his advice for those struggling to get sober, and much, much more.
