Following a career developed between Europe and the United States, international Power Rock artist Alex Cole returns with “Knockin' On Demon's Door,” a brand-new single that marks the next chapter in his artistic evolution.

Listen to it BELOW.

Artist, songwriter, producer and performer, Alex Cole has built an international reputation through powerful live performances and a distinctive blend of energy, groove and storytelling. His career has taken him to some of Los Angeles' most iconic venues, including the Whisky a Go Go and the
Viper Room, while also earning appearances at major events such as Medimex Festival in Italy. His live energy has attracted the attention of rock legend Ted Nugent, who selected Alex as the opening act for seven dates of his U.S. tour and later described him as “The Real McCoy.”

“Knockin’ On Demon’s Door” tells the story of a modern-day Count Dracula who no longer hides away in a remote castle, but instead runs an exclusive “immortality boutique” in the heart of the night. The women who knock on his door are not unsuspecting victims, but individuals drawn by
mystery, the allure of danger, and the promise of experiencing something extraordinary. Beneath its ironic and provocative narrative lies a highly relevant metaphor. The Count represents a charismatic and manipulative figure, capable of attracting people who, despite recognizing the warning signs, keep coming back, seduced by attention, emotional intensity, and the illusion of something special. Through the myth of the vampire, the song becomes a reflection on contemporary society and the mechanisms of seduction and control that influence human behavior—a metaphor for modern systems and their tools of persuasion, manipulation, and submission. In this light, the story touches on themes such as narcissism, toxic relationships, emotional dependency, and, more broadly, the attraction to things that appear irresistible even when the price to be paid is clearly visible.

Musically, the song draws inspiration from the authentic spirit of American rock, combining driving groove, powerful guitar riffs and a strong sense of personality. Sharp guitar work is paired with a compelling narrative vocal performance that guides listeners through a story filled with temptation,
mystery and intrigue.

Recorded at Clearlake Studios in North Hollywood, California, “Knockin' On Demon's Door” captures the energy and attitude that define Alex Cole's Power Rock vision. The recording features Michael Dwyer on bass and Caleb Hill on drums, with recording engineering by Ivan Rivera and
mastering by Josh Breckenridge.

The new single continues a musical journey that recently included the release of the EP Swimming in the Honey Pot (2025), presented during Medimex Festival and featuring the track Lift Me Up with special guest Rocco Nugent. Prior to that release, Alex Cole established his signature sound with the album Bad Boy Rocker, further developing a style rooted in powerful songwriting and high-impact performances.

Alongside his music career, Alex Cole has expanded into international film projects. His original songs Bad Boy Rocker and Double Ace to Hell are featured in the Hollywood film Senior Moment, starring William Shatner, Christopher Lloyd and Jean Smart. He is also currently working as the lead actor in the international action-thriller The Mystery of Tonkin, which remains in production. With “Knockin' On Demon's Door,” Alex Cole continues to define his vision of Power Rock: music that combines energy, character and storytelling into a compelling and unforgettable experience.
