Drift Mothership released their new single, “Stranger,” on Friday, May 29, available across all major digital streaming platforms. The release was also be accompanied by an official music video premiering on YouTube the same day and you can check it out BELOW.

Following previous releases that showcased the band’s fusion of industrial intensity, hard rock hooks, and atmospheric electronics, “Stranger” marks Drift Mothership’s latest creative evolution, delivering a driving sonic experience that blends heavy guitars and emotionally charged songwriting. Drift Mothership has steadily built a reputation with past tours in 2026 in support of Cradle of Filth, Wednesday 13, and Ill Nino under their belts.

“Stranger” continues that trajectory, offering listeners a dynamic and compelling new chapter from the Los Angeles-based band. Drift Mothership previously released their full-length album, New Blood Type, and has continued to build momentum through a growing catalog that reflects the band’s evolving artistic direction.
