The first stop on OTBC ‘27 is the breath-taking beauty that is Puerto Plata. Dominican Republic's oldest city in the north and a tourism pioneer, Puerto Plata is nestled by the ocean with a mountainous backdrop. The city offers a lively pier (known as the Malecon), colorful shops, and opulent homes from the 1800s. Whether you prefer to spend the day traveling 2,600 feet above sea level in a cable car or hike majestic trails – both options are available if you choose to visit Monte Isabel de Torres. If the ocean is calling your name, visit Sousa Beach where you can sunbathe, swim, snorkel, or grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant. For those who want to experience the culture of the Dominican Republic, consider staying in town to explore the unique architecture, enjoy delicious Dominican cuisine, or shop for keepsakes to remind you of the amazing experiences you had in Puerto Plata. Click here for a full list of shore excursions and watch a video tour of Puerto Plata here.

Charlotte Amalie, the vibrant heart of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, blends island rhythm with seaside charm through its colorful streets, turquoise bays, and Danish-colonial architecture. Visitors can ride the Skyride gondola to Paradise Point for panoramic harbor views and live island tunes, relax on the pristine white sands of Magens Bay—one of the Caribbean's most beautiful beaches—or stroll historic downtown's cobblestone lanes for duty-free shopping, handmade jewelry, and local cafés. Water adventures like snorkeling, sailing, and paddleboarding offer sparkling bay views, while a range of shore excursions provide deeper exploration of the area's culture, history, and natural beauty, making it the perfect interlude of adventure and ease between music-filled sea days. Click here for a full list of shore excursions.

Tortola, the largest of the British Virgin Islands, is a slice of paradise where jungle-covered hills roll into sapphire waters. Whether you are looking for calm beach excursions, scenic landings, or island hopping by boat, Tortola delivers. A drive along Sir Francis Drake Highway reveals postcard-worthy views and vibrant fishing villages like Capoons Bay and Carrot Bay, while higher elevations offer panoramic glimpses of the turquoise sea below. From Road Town, you can continue over the ridge road before crossing to nearby Beef Island for a swim at Long Bay Beach or a browse through local shops. For those seeking to blend land and sea, a hybrid excursion pairs scenic drives with a motor launch cruise past uninhabited cays—ideal for a toast in a hidden cove with views of Salt, Peter, and Norman Islands. Or, set sail for Jost Van Dyke aboard a catamaran bound for White Bay, where sunny lounging, calm waters, and a classic Painkiller at the Soggy Dollar Bar complete the day. Whether chasing coastal vistas or unwinding on the sand, Tortola offers endless ways to experience paradise at your own pace. Click here for a full list of shore excursions.

Located in the Berry Island chain of the Bahamas, Great Stirrup Cay is a 250-acre idyllic private island that is getting a full-blown, rock-star level upgrade just in time for OTBC 2027. Unwind on white-sand beaches and enjoy the many ways to explore paradise. Snorkel with sea turtles and colorful fish in warm turquoise waters. Peacefully glide along the coastline in a kayak, ride a WaveRunner, swim with sting rays or pigs, or soar high into the sky as you zipline across the island. Craft your own delicious taco at the complimentary Abaco Taco, while sipping on a refreshing drink. Do it all – or nothing at all – the choice is yours. Click here for a full list of shore excursions and watch a video tour of Great Stirrup Cay here. For a first peek at the island’s transformation, click here.
